At Bay Tunes Guitars, we understand that receiving a new piece of gear is a unique experience. That’s why we offer a 3-day inspection period from the date your item is delivered.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify Bay Tunes Guitars within the 3-day inspection window. All returns must be shipped promptly, fully insured, and via UPS or FedEx (we do not accept USPS for returns). All shipping costs—both to and from the customer—are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To receive a maximum refund, returned items must arrive in the exact same condition as when they were shipped, including all original packaging, hang tags, accessories, and case candy. Items showing wear, missing packaging or accessories may be subject to restocking fees.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of our receiving the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7–14 business days (in some cases, longer) for the refund to appear in your account. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at time of purchase.
Please Note:
• All sales are final on personal or wearable items, including but not limited to: tubes, parts, headphones, earbuds, ear plugs, microphones, harmonicas, and apparel.
• Specially ordered items are non-returnable.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
